China Round-up (corrected and updated).
I am writing this update uncertain when, if ever, I’ll be able to post it- Blogger seems to have gone catatonic. If it ever recovers I’ll post this message.

The China project has had great participation- here are all the blogs that have posted on this theme, it even spread to some bloggers we didn’t include in our e-mail invite- but we’ll be sure to ask the next time a topic hits us-

American Future
View from Tonka
The Fourth Rail
Going Crazy (one inch at a time)
New England Republican
L'Ombre de l'Olivier
Total Information Awareness (and he promises apart II)
Big Cat Chronicles
Geo Political Review (and another post too)
Mad Minerva
History’s End

There is some great stuff in these blogs- and many more links to follow if you have the time. If I missed anyone I apologize, please let me know! All of this and the comments that have been left here and on the other blogs too! I want to say thanks to all of you for making this such an excellent experience.

The theme of India came up several times, and it sounds very interesting, but I know very little about India. Should any of you who commented on this wish to write a post on it for the Demarche please send me an e-mail.

UPDATE: Just got an email from Bill at The Fourth Rail regarding India- here are some posts worth reading:

The Fourth Rail

By Dawn's Early Light, plus 2 more!

Thanks again, I a really enjoyed (and am still enjoying) this one!

Proud to be counted among the members of the State Department Republican Underground, we are Foreign Service Officers and Specialists (and a few expats) who tend to be conservative. We believe that America is being misrepresented abroad by our mass media, and that the same mass media is in turn failing to report what the world thinks about us, and why. This site is dedicated to combing the news around the world, providing the stories and giving our interpretation, or "spin" if you prefer. Send me a good news story: dr.demarche AT

A blog by members of the State Department Republican Underground- conservative Foreign Service Officers serving overseas commenting on foreign policy and global reactions to America.
